Nathan joined Burcham Capital Partners in 2015. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies with a concentration in Global Political Economy. He also holds a Master of Science in Financial Planning from The University of Georgia. In 2024, Nathan was named one of Money's Best Financial Planners and was the only financial planner in Tennessee to receive the distinction. Nathan is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional
Nathan serves as Immediate Past President and Advisory Council Representative of the board of the Financial Planning Association of East Tennessee. He also serves as Treasurer on the board of Breast Connect, chairs the Alumni Supervisory Committee of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at the University of Tennessee, and serves on the board of A1 Learning Connections. Nathan is a member of Young Professionals of Knoxville and of the Knoxville Track Club. Nathan previously served as President of the 11th Place Homeowners Association.
Nathan is a native Knoxvillian and is passionate about hometown. In his free time Nathan can most often be found running Knoxville’s greenways, hiking in the Smokies and Tennessee’s State Parks, spending time with his wife, and tending to his garden of (mostly) native trees and shrubs.
